PRESIDENT TO CYCLE AROUND THE LEAGUE

On Wednesday 25 September, our indomitable club president Robbie Sanderson together with 8 friends will set off at 09:00 from Winchester RFC to cycle the 300 miles clockwise around all the other clubs in the Regional 2 South Central league.

The schedule will see the peloton arrive back at WRFC around 11:00am on Saturday 28 September, in time for the presidents charity lunch prior to our match with Chobham RFC kicking off at 15:00.

In addition to over 9 years of fundraising for the Motor Neurone Disease Association, Rob has asked our key sponsors at the club to also select a charity of their choice with the intention that all funds raised can then be split equally amongst a number of charities.

Not content with just hosting a lunch on Saturday 28th Sept Rob and a team of 9 will be cycling 300 miles over the 3 days around all 12 clubs in the Regional 2 South Central league beforehand.

In addition to Robs own fundraising over the last decade for the Motor Neurone Disease Association (MNDA) under his CycleForKate brand the team will be cycling for other charities chosen by the clubs key sponsors.
